The IntelliSchematic bridges the gap between training and troubleshooting. It enables the technician to apply the skills and knowledge gained through training and experience to the machine being worked on. This tool allows the technician to quickly identify the machine’s events, and isolate those that have failure symptoms. The mechanic can then drill closer to the problem by following an accurate and documented schematic or mechanical flowchart for that specific event. A text box describing the sequence of machine operations, and a pop up window with a highly graphic technical animation of how specific components actually work, are available to quickly isolate and diagnose problems.
