TPC Training Systems provides free technical support and product upgrades for the 30 days from the date of product purchase. Customers may extend the support period by purchasing the TPC Training Systems Software Maintenance and Support Agreement.
The support agreement extends technical support for the duration of one year and provides customers with software and courseware updates for all computer or web-based training products, such as Learning Manager or TPC Online. Additionally, subscribers of the Software Maintenance & Support Agreement can gain access to the TPC Solution Center.
