4 Day Workshop

Assigning the most experienced technical person to conduct your training does not guarantee an effective training program. To really teach their co-workers, your trainers must first master the right instructional skills and knowledge. TPC's intensive four-day Training Skills Workshop focuses on instilling effective training skills, techniques, and methods for both classroom and on-the-job training. Throughout the workshop, your participants will practice and apply these skills through extensive interactive exercises and role-playing. Ideal for the newly assigned trainer, this workshop is also an excellent choice for enhancing the skills of more experienced trainers.
