TPC Learning Manager - Records and Reports

TPC Learning Manager automatically tracks every student training and testing activity as it occurs so you always have a complete, up to the minute record for every student, and for every component of your training program, all in one integrated system. And you get a comprehensive set of detailed reports including:

  • Student reports of all courses and tests assigned to each person, total estimated training time, time spent in each course, course progress, course completion status, number of attempts and scores for each assigned test, and average test score.
  • Group reports for groups of students that you can select by location, department, and/or job title that give you summary information on how each person in the group is progressing with their training.
  • Test reports that give you detailed information on the performance of everyone who has taken the selected test, as well as average scores for all test takers- a powerful tool for evaluating workforce knowledge assessments.
  • Curriculum reports that give you summary information on the training progress of each person to whom the selected curriculum was assigned.

Each of your students has point and click access to their own record anytime they log on to TPC Learning Manager so they will always be aware of their personal assignments, their progress, and how they have done on each test. You can also assign "audit only" privileges to any supervisor, manager, or other individual who would benefit from access to TPC Learning Manager records and reports.
