Step 2 - Choose Your Training Method
Many factors go into your decision for the training method most suited for your requirements. Considerations include time availability, employee learning styles, cost, where your employees are located, the facilities and infrastructure available to support training, and so on. We give you a full range of choices, so you can select the training method, or combination of methods, best suited for your particular situation.
Course Manual Training
Our course manuals are typically chosen for their flexibility and affordability. Every manual includes: detailed technical content at the level your employees need; dozens of illustrations, charts, diagrams, and photos; and, comprehensive self-study interactions and progress checks to make sure your employees understand the material.
Classroom Training
Some companies prefer classroom training for the interaction with peers and experienced instructors. If that is your choice, our course manuals are what students will need. For instructors, we offer comprehensive Instructional Support Materials with step-by-step lesson plans, presentation materials, and tips. We a have hundreds of videotapes to support classroom instruction.
Interactive Training
Many companies prefer interactive training because it reduces training time and helps improve knowledge retention. If this is your choice, we have more technical skills courses on more critical topics than any other technical training company in the world. And any of our interactive courses can be delivered to stand-alone computer workstations, local area networks, wide area networks and the Internet.
