Instructor Led Training

TPC Training Services offers "in-house" instructor-led maintenance skills and safety training through our Learning Services Group.

Our instructors can provide hands-on training programs that are designed with specific maintenance and safety requirements for your organization in mind. Your custom training program takes into account unique training goals for your organization, special training requirements (topics and/or specific types of equipment), as well as the initial and desired level of knowledge for your participants. Each class is custom-tailored to meet your organizational goals and objectives. We will work with you to identify specific training needs through on-site analysis or your work environment.

The instructional design depends on interactive discussions and can utilize a working training unit, cutaways, charts, viewgraphs, handouts, and actual customer equipment for "hands-on" reference. Training material is provided to each student during classroom use and can be kept for future reference. Research has proven that the hands-on training format aids in skill development and retention which transfers back to the job where it really matters most. 

Once the training requirements are confirmed, our instructors will work with a designated representative from your organization to customize the course content and incorporate plant-specific equipment references, such as schematics, diagrams, and drawings, as part of the course content.

Our professional instructors are considered experts in their field and have on average twenty years of relevant industry/training experience. They work closely with each customer to ensure the training delivered meets TPC Training Systems' quality standards.
