Return Merchandise Policy

Materials may be returned within 30 days of receipt for full credit or refund. Materials must be unmarked and in resaleable condition when received by TPC Training Systems.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

Packages without a valid RMA will be refused and returned to the shipper. In order to obtain an RMA for your return, call 1-800-837-8872 and ask for the returns department. Send returned material with the RMA and the original packing list or the following information to the Telemedia Distribution Center:

• Name of organization returning materials
• TPC invoice number
• Quantity, stock number and description of each item returned
• Reason for return
