Payment Methods
Payment may be made with your order or confirmed by a purchase order from your
company. Terms are net 30 days. For corporate and government orders, please have an authorized Purchase Order number. To avoid confusion in billing when a confirming follow-up Purchase Order is sent, please
identify it clearly with the words: Confirmation Order—Do Not Duplicate.
Telephone orders from individuals require payment with the order using credit card,
check, or money order.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars or by irrevocable Letter of Credit from a U.S. correspondent bank. Assessment packages and return privileges do not apply to International orders.
Customer Services/Shipment Errors
For questions on the status or fulfillment of your order, please call our Customer Service Hotline 800.837.6693, between 8:30am and 4:30pm central time or via fax 847.808.4003. Shipments should be inspected at once and any damage, short shipments, or errors in shipments should be reported within 72 hours of delivery. No other claims will be honored.
