These release notes cover what's new in the TPC Learning Manager™ 3.0.4 release. Please read these notes and follow the installation instructions.

1. Student Detail by Group Definition Report

When generating a Student Detail Report (By Group) the Define Group of Students selection box appears. The Students Only checkbox was not working properly in that once it was checked it remained in effect for subsequent reports (whether the box was actually checked or not) until it was explicitly checked and then cleared again.

The query for the Student Detail by Group Definition report would return no results if no locations were specified in the report request.

The Student Group report was modified to exclude students who have no assignment data fitting the report criteria. Previously, if a student met the group criteria (job title, location, department) he/she was included in the report whether or not there was any assignment data to report. Now, with the addition of date ranges to the query, the report will only show data for students meeting both the group criteria and having assignment data to report within the date range.

The Student Detail and Student Group reports were modified to display the date range, if specified, in the report headers.

2. Course and Test Assignment

The queries have been modified for assigning courses and/or tests to curricula such that they return courses and/or tests marked All when the curriculum is limited by location.

The list of curricula shown is dependent on the locations of not only the current user, but of all the students being assigned. It only shows curricula that can be assigned to all students in the group (or selection if assigning to individuals).
