TPC Online - Release 2.7
New Features
The following is a summary of new features and enhancements included as part of this latest release: 2.7 Release Notes (PDF)
- Training Plan Enhancements- TPC has enhanced the training plan to improve the student’s learning experience and overall usability. Students should now find it easier to manage list of activities (courses, assessments, on-the-job training jobs, etc). Activities appear in two sections; those not started or in progress, and those completed.
- Bulk deletion of activities and events- A bulk delete feature is now available to the Licensee Administrator from the Contents tab. This feature allows you to select and remove one or more activities from the database. The Delete function is located under the dropdown box just below the list of activities. As with all other delete functions throughout the application, a prompt appears asking you to confirm the delete action. An Undo function is also available immediately after the action is completed.
- Activity Detail Report- A new Activity Detail Report is now available from the Reports tab. This report provides a summary of learning activity usage and outcomes during a specified reporting period. The report includes several runtime parameters to control the level of detail included in the output.
- Improved search performance- We have worked hard to improve the overall performance of the search tool throughout the application. All search boxes provide better results and quicker response.
- Improved handling for SCORM 1.2 content- We have made it easier to load SCORM 1.2 content and adjust some of the run-time parameters around the content. You can now specify if you would like the LMS to show an Exit link when the content runs or not. Since most SCORM 1.2 includes built in navigation this feature can help minimize confusion for your students.
Although many of these features will go unnoticed by the average user, we are certain this latest release will help our customers get more value out of TPC Online™.
