BACKGROUND
A global protein processing company with 110 production facilities and 120,000 employees throughout the United States came to TPC to elevate their refrigeration and maintenance training. The company provides 20% of America’s proteins under a portfolio of seven brands while also serving as the leading protein provider to several national restaurant chains.
TPC provided support through two of its products – the TPC Simutech Training System and TPC Online training courses. The company's manager of maintenance training adopted TPC’s simulations to enhance their electrical troubleshooting curriculum, while their refrigeration training manager needed additional training resources for new hires in the ammonia refrigeration department to address employee development needs.

While the company started with 75 licenses, that number grew to 120 licenses over two years — a 60% increase. Additionally, 99 out of 100 training participants answered a survey stating that the simulation training program helped them understand their job better, was educational and provided real-world scenarios.
