My Training

All users have access to the My Training tab where content that has been assigned can be launched for viewing or assessments can be taken. Occasionally, study guides and other supporting documents, images, or media files may be included in training plans. Some items may require that they be launched in order to satisfy the overall training requirements; others may not.

For each training activity listed in the training plan, you will see the following:

Activity Icon:

The training activity icon indicates whether the training activity is an individual activity or an activity container.

Activity Title:

The name of the training activity, the title is a link to the activities contained within the course.

Contents:

The contents of the activity are summarized just  below the title, showing the individual training activities that comprise the activity.

Description:

If available, the description of the training activity will appear below its title.

Completed Indicator:

When a training activity has been completed, a “completed” indicator will appear here.

Status Details:

The status details are provided under each activity listed in your training plan. The status will be shown as either Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. In addition, the due date for the training activity is shown immediately following the status.
