Introducing Derek Dunaway

TPC Training Systems is pleased to announce the expansion of its executive team, with Derek Dunaway joining the company as CEO. Derek’s leadership will accelerate the company’s growth trajectory as the leading provider of industrial training solutions.

Derek’s background as past CEO of three education technology and manufacturing companies adds significant strength to the company’s efforts to innovate new training solutions while serving the ongoing needs of our diverse customer base. In particular, Derek brings experience in developing blended learning solutions that combine distinct modalities to maximize training outcomes at each stage of a learner's development. Derek’s deep experience in technology-based learning solutions is also strategically aligned with the company’s growing emphasis on web-integrated and VR-based training.

Former CEO Andrew Kauser will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer and work closely alongside Derek to bolster the company’s ability to penetrate new markets, develop and enhance strategic partnerships, and add even greater depth of training content to our industry-leading library.
